When a client chooses a failing score, they will be given a list of service areas to check mark. Our software will provide reporting on these service areas so that you can track which areas are weak points in your company.

To enter a new service area, type the service area and press enter.  This newly created service area will appear in your survey and will create a list of previously used services. These previously used service areas are found by clicking on the white box.
